CORK Youth Trail Day Camp

In partnership with Max King Trail Running Camp, we bring you the CORK Youth Summer Trail Camp.

This summer we are offering an expanded trail running day camp option for middle school students. This will be an introduction to trail running program for middle school youth that are interested in running.  Instead of our normal CORK cross country pre-season training we’re going to be offering a one week day camp during August specifically working on different aspects of trail running. During the week we’ll be covering a wide range of running topics and filling our time with fun games, swimming in mountain lakes and running some truly great trails.

During the week you can expect a morning run followed by some relaxation time exploring the area we’ve chosen for the day or a seminar on a running related topic, a lunch period, then either an afternoon run, hike or games to fill our time.

Athletes will get dropped off between 8:15 - 8:30 and be back to town by 4:30pm. This is not an overnight camp. Pickup and dropoff location at 326 NW Roanoke Ave, Bend, OR 97703
