Warm up on your own at 5:30pm and then meet for instructions at 5:45.
Long: 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 w/ 1-2min rest. 1min on short (400, 800) 2min on 12/1600.
Short: 400, 800, 1200, 800, 400 w/ 1-2min rest. 1min on short (400), 2min on 8/1200.
